USER REGISTRATION AGREEMENT

This User Registration Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between the “Sukirent” Platform (the “Operator”) and the user (the “User” or “you”) who registers an account and uses the leasing platform operated in the Republic of the Philippines.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or using any service of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to all terms of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and all platform rules. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

• (a) You are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity under Philippine law.
• (b) All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date.
• (c) You will not use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

3. Account Registration & Security

• (a) You shall register using your real name and valid government‑issued ID (PhilID, driver’s license, passport, etc.).
• (b) You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, and verification codes.
• (c) All activities under your account are deemed your intentional acts. You shall immediately notify the Platform of any unauthorized use.
• (d) The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

4. Authorized Use

You agree that the Platform may use your information for:

• (a) Identity verification and credit assessment;
• (b) Order processing, leasing services, and risk control;
• (c) Notifications, service updates, and customer support;
• (d) Compliance with Philippine laws and regulatory requirements.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You shall NOT:

• (a) Impersonate others or provide false information;
• (b) Use the Platform for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering;
• (c) Interfere with platform systems, hack accounts, or bypass security measures;
• (d) Lease, lend, sell, or assign your account to third parties;
• (e) Violate any policies of the Platform or applicable laws of the Philippines.

6. Modification of Terms

The Platform may update this Agreement at any time. Revised terms will be posted on the Platform and take effect upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Termination

The Platform may immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach this Agreement. You may terminate your account by submitting a written request after settling all obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, except as required by mandatory Philippine law.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Metro Manila, Philippines.

10. Final Provisions

If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Platform.
